Mission – The mission of the Youth International Leadership Institute (YIL-Network) is to address the pressing challenges faced by marginalized communities, particularly those affected by poverty. We are dedicated to empowering individuals within these communities, ensuring they have equal rights and access to opportunities. Our commitment extends beyond immediate relief; we aim to provide holistic support through sustainable programs that foster lasting positive change.

At the heart of our mission is the belief in the transformative power of equal rights and opportunities. YIL-Network recognizes the interconnectedness of environmental, social, and economic challenges, and we are committed to developing alternative agendas for justice in these domains. Through strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts, we bring together a collective voice that advocates for change and seeks innovative solutions.

By fostering leadership, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance, the organization aims to create a generation of empowered individuals capable of driving positive change. These thematic areas collectively form the foundation of YIL-Network's programs and initiatives, working in tandem to address complex challenges and contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals. We recognizes education as a key driver for individual and societal development. The organization is committed to providing educational opportunities that go beyond traditional academic learning. This includes capacity development programs aimed at enhancing skills, knowledge, and competencies among individuals, particularly focusing on youth and women.


We're dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights. This thematic area involves advocacy efforts to raise awareness about human rights issues, combat discrimination, and empower
individuals to stand up for their rights. The organization works towards fostering a culture of respect for human rights at local, national, and international levels.



Agriculture is a crucial component of sustainable development, especially in many African countries. YIL-Network has embarked on this journey to involve in projects that focus on agricultural development, including training programs, sustainable farming practices, and initiatives to enhance food security. The organization aims  to empower individuals and communities to improve agricultural productivity and livelihoods.




Recognizing the detrimental impact of conflicts on communities, we engages in peacebuilding and conflict resolution initiatives. The organization works to address the root causes of conflicts, promote dialogue, and build bridges between communities. By fostering a culture of peace, YIL-Network contributes to creating stable and harmonious societies.


We places a strong emphasis on gender equality and empowerment. The organization works towards dismantling gender-based inequalities and empowering women to actively participate in social, economic, and political spheres.
